1.0  INTRODUCTION

This website provides all the information about different businesses. There are two types of users. Unregistered users can search for different categories of businesses for their use. Registered users can create an account to add a business to the website. Users can manage their businesses. This website is all about business listing. The system will ensure the availability of different categories of businesses for the user. In general, the system is based on online website that gives service to users.

In this system Admin will manages all the information provided by the registered users. Admin can allow or remove the categories and businesses listed by the users. Also, Users can use Free and Paid services according to their requirements.

 

1.1  EXISTING SYSTEM

The current system for business directory, you have to visit on google and search website, your system should be connected with the internet after visiting website you can search business category according to your need either you can registered your business online. There are many websites on the internet but in this website provides business location as well as contact numbers. In this system users and clients can interact to each other very easily.

           

1.2  SCOPE

The scope of our system is very wide because it efficiently uses the database rules which will satisfy our end user. Users can choose free and paid services. Also, the payment can be made through online mode or at the time of home delivery depending upon the customer’s choice and convenience.

 

·       Users can create a new account.

·       It can be used anywhere at any time as it is a online server-based website.

·       Users can view different businesses, visit businesses, also contact businesses.

·       Users can register a business.

·       Users and clients can download apps from the play store.

 

 

1.3  ISSUES WITH EXISTING SYSTEM

•        Not User Friendly: The existing system is not user friendly because the retrieval of data is very slow and data is not maintained efficiently.

•        Time delay: We do not get notifications if a user create account to get approve. Admin have to check again on admin panel.

•        Manual control: All approval to generate listing is done manually also we didn’t get notifications if a user create any business list.

•        Loss of even a single register/record led to difficult situation because if you forgot email or password you will unable to login again.

 

 

1.4  HOW THE ISSUES IN EXISTING SYSTEM IS ADDRESSED USING PROPOSED SYSTEM

Some website directories require you link back to them (boosting their SEO rankings) although this can be a good thing when you think that the more traffic the directories get, the more traffic you could potentially siphon off. Just be aware that you are also passing your own back to the directories.

Consider try back to the directories. Consider trying to registering to register for a few months and keep an eye on your traffic sources if a business directory isn’t sending you high quality leads, consider dropping their link from your website. Another potentially useful tactic is to add a rel=”nofollow” to those links stopping you from passing any link juice back to them or placing them in hidden pages away from your main website

Signing up to numerous directories can be a time consuming process when you have to manually enter the details repeatedly into each directory. There are services to speed this up but again, you may have so spend a little money to use them.

Disreputable directories may be remove your listing if you don’t upgrade your account. So be aware of this or they may drop your listing after a few months. So it pays to keep an eye on the directories you do sign up for.

The technical feasibility in the proposed system deals with the technology used in the with the technology used in the system. hardware and software used in the system whether they are of latest technology or system whether they are of latest technology or not.

It happens that after a system is prepared a new technology arises and the user wants the system based on that technology. This system use platform, PHP, HTML, CSS and JS as frontend technology and SQL server as backend technology.

2. Operational Feasibility

The project has been developed in such a way that it becomes very easy even for a person with little computer knowledge to operate it. This software is very user friendly and does not require any technical person to operate, Thus the project is even operationally feasible.

3. Economic Feasibility

Economic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness of a new system. More commonly known as cost/benefit analysis. PHP and SQL database easily available in internet.
