BBC Learning English pronunciation tips

Today I would like to share with you a great video course on learning English pronunciation. To be honest, it's only one video course on English pronunciation I could find to download. But nevertheless, it's a great one, and I promise you'll enjoy it.

This course was provided by BBC and presented by Alex Bellem, a linguist specializing in phonology and currently lecturing at the University of Salford in England. So it couldn't be bad. Moreover, as you will see if you decide to watch this course (I hope so!), it's rather funny too.

And to the point. There are 40+ short lessons, 1-3 minutes each. So it's not a big effort to watch all lessons at once. And all these lessons are not just boring theories, but instead simple exercises. With every following lesson, you will really improve your English pronunciation skills, or at least you will be able to recognize your most common mistakes in pronunciation to deal with them.

Here are links to this learning English pronunciation course:

bbc.co.uk - full course, but as for me, lessons are presented not in an easy-to-use way.
youtube.com – some of these lessons on YouTube on the official BBC Learning English channel (only some of them, not all).
thepiratebay.se – all these lessons in one pack (around 700 MB). I guess, it's the best way to watch them (at least for me, it is).

By the way, I recommend watching this course not only once, but several times, until you are sure you perform all exercises perfectly.
